Create a home network, download the .exe for any browser from another pc and transfer it through via network sharing

Or just go get a flash drive, seems like a lot of trouble for a simple solution. I'm sure PnP sells small flash drives

the thing is i already fixed it ,all i am asking is what if you in a situation like that then what does one do
no browsers
no flash
no phone
no network cable no bluetooth.

there is no usb cable.bluetooth not working..this i a scenario of the worst of worst.So i googled the problem and many tech guys say something about powershell and curl and some ftp servers to connect to ftp//mozilla but these are not the answers i am looking for.the scenario i am simulating is IE completly removed from os by hacking means,and no apps for internet,no phone no bluetooth no flash drive just a fiber line connected.How does one get to install a browser.

You can't uninstall it, so it'll just be hidden. Look under control panel > turn windows feautures on or off.

FTP

You can use it from a command line or from file explorer address bar. There are thousands of ftp servers out there hosting software. Off the top of my head,

ftp.saix.net
ftp.sun.ac.za
ftp.up.ac.za
ftp.mozilla.org <----

You're bound to find a browser on one of those.

If it has no network, why do you need a browser anyway?

You need an internet connection to use the internet...
