curl / wget or lynxThis may/may not work.
FF for Win 64 bit.
You will probably need curl/wget installed. Not sure if you can just paste it into explorer.

It might not be the latest browser but you can use it to download chrome etc.
EDIT: I just noticed they also have the latest Opera GX browser for download if that tickles your fancy.
Thank you ponder for all the information and to all the guys who did the same and the guys who lead me to this.Ponder this is great stuff man.I will archive this information immediately.Just a quick question is this ftp server gonna run for a long time and is these folders being updated bi yearly..Ponder this was the solution i was looking for although others also said ftp but i ran powershell and it could not find anything,i will post the error but the explorer side worked.See post #33
