Instant Pot

Do I get a cape now?

Finally bit the bullet and got the 8l one. What accessories should I get? I see glass lid, heat pad hand thingies to handle it and ceramic pot instead of stainless steal...
None of them. The Insta pot is adequate as it is.

why not just use it and see what needs you have as they come

Finally tried out my 8lt instant pot I got...

Made my 1st yogurt batch
Also made decent pulled lamb and potatos.

Next steamed buns and something else

I think that one has a aluminium pot not a big problem but stainless will be better. Functionality wise it should be similar. I also have a cheapo and use it a lot so its showing it's age but its been worth every cent.
Thanks - the way I see it is if I wear it out I'll happily buy another, better, one.

One of these kept me from only eating take aways as a bachelor.

Literally throw in potatoes, meat and other veg late night or early in the morning. Set slow cook, get home to a great well cooked meal.

For that I think I'll stick with the slow cooker - the pressure cooker has a slow cook mode but it seems to shine in cooking things in a fraction of the time.
