Was at a campsite with these instead of geysers or donkeys over the weekend, worked a treat.

Will be keeping an eye on this thread.

My dad manufactured and sold these quite a few years ago.
Replaced the urns etc that were used in offices.

Worked well

My wife has one at work, it works well but it uses quite a bit of power.

That's essentially the same thing.
They're all just elements heating the water.
You can also get the gas heaters.

Ok, I'm not looking at those, but I will be redoing my kitchen int he not too distant future, and it will have an instant gas heater installed instead of a geyser.. should end up costing me considerably less money overall.

We have a gas powered one on one of our farms. Pretty awesome. As long as there is gas there is hot water.
