It's actually so simple you could pretty much make one yourself if you have the basic know-how.

They're less than R2000 on gumtree.

I have one installed, the key things are water pressure and flow rate required depending on usage

Parents have a gas geyser and it is instant heat and they have saved huge on their electricity bill

I am installing one at end of the month.
