Intel I5 3570K replacement

But since you have a 660ti, I wouldn't recommend anything less than a GTX970
GTX960 and R9 280x performance gain will only be modest over what you have.

Mostly just gaming, maybe I should upgrade GFX card. I currently have MSI N660Ti PE 2GD5/OC GTX660Ti 2GB Power Edition OC 192-Bit PCI-E 3.0 28nm

I have some nice gtx 970 and R9 390 8Gb cards in stock :)

I can also offer you a trade-in on your old card ,I can offer you R1700 trade-in value.

Gtx 970s prices start at R5000 and the R9 390s start at R5400.

Tempting.

I'd stick with an i5 and get a 2nd hand R9 290, one that hasnt been mining. Just my 2c.

That would be excellent. R3300 for a 970. No brainer IMO.

Dont touch the CPU, it is still more than fine for gaming. I have the CPU one level down, 3.2 clocked at 3.6 and dont have a single issue or need to upgrade the CPU.

I replaced my 1333 8gb basic memory with 1600 16gb gaming grade memory and a GTX 970 and well now my PC can run everything on the highest. ARK, Arma 3, DayZ, Star Citizen... no problems at all.

I sold my 760 OC for about 2k to offset the 970.. so only paid 3400 for the 970 which is what I paid for the 760 new.

970 is amazing, worth every penny.
