Why not get a AMD instead - it is what intel copied to get to this thing.
Bwhahahahahahahahaha
OMW these amd fanboi's are crazy. Go look at these new intel cpu vs the fastest amd available to do then you can also go bwhahahahahahaha when people suggest something that crazy.
Actually mid-range is not your big money making market, all the hardcore upgraders who buy the most expensive stuff generates far more profit than people buying your mid - range goods.

I would think that businesses and mass purchasing kinda topples that over...but now that you mention it, the guys who do buy like that spend on average the price of 3 pc's a year, so maybe...![]()
No, apart from the marketing department(where they most probably are using grapical tools or even video editing tools) normally the average paper pusher at a company requires little more than a stable word/excel/outlook capable machine, everything else is a waist.doesn't big business tend to buy near top end specs?
no, they tend to buy midrange desktops (or lease it from dell/hp), and normally the components in these machines tend to be purposely under clocked I suppose for stability and to make the more energy efficient I guess aswelland seeing as they don't all upgrade at the same time, wouldn't that actually help the numbers of top end components (cpu/mobo but not necessarily gfx)?
True, cause big companies buy big amounts of pc's, but all of this is about to change even more now with the advent of cloud computing (and is already changing), to the point where if all is as it is promised the normal paper pusher requires only a web browser and domain login (can't wait till that time, life would be so much simpler for our IT guys)In any event. I would think that which market big business plays in, is the one that is most likely to be where these guys want to play. But then again I do not know this industry.
whatever..i still want it
