what version kernel are you using? on the 2.6.26 kernels the module loaded automatically for me.

EDIT: That's on Fedora 9 and Debian

tried both 2.6.24 (default install) and 2.6.26 :<

with it compiled into the kernel and then just as a module, no luck either way

I've also given up and honestly don't see myself using Redhat again. From now on I think I'll stick to Ubuntu or if I have to make a switch it'll be OpenSuse

I've had the Enterprise version on my notebook. The so called "Unbreakable Linux". Yeah right.... How can you break something if it didn't work from the start

But hoe ookal nou, I'm happy with Ubuntu...
