Should be in late 20s or early 30s.
Must have at least 3-4 years programming experience in:
C# Object orientation (not negotiable).
SQL Server queries
WPF is a plus.

Able to work on own initiative as well as with project leader.
Aptitude for working with large data.
Self-starter.
Must be used to checking for data consistency.

Important: Object orientation is not negotiable in these positions.
Please ensure actual experience in OO development.
Theoretical knowledge will not suffice.

South African Citizens only.
Position is urgent.

And the Flexi hours? Or is it a "core hours 8 - 5" position?

Possible salary range (assuming all the mentioned criteria is met)?

:wtf: I doubt you'd find somebody in their late 20's for 30k and 15 days leave, but good luck to you. Not for me.

Why not late 30's or 40's or 50's?

Have more senior positions available for people 30's, 40's & 50's. Same criteria - more experience needed.

"late 20's early 30's", assuming 3 years of study is closer to 8-10 years of experience.

Experience isn't always related to age. Age as a criterion for a job posting violates the constitution - it's illegal.

I'm pretty sure they're not allowed to employ 10 year olds...

If you want to be technical, that still isn't a "criterion for the job posting" that's a criterion of the BCOE (FYI, 15 is the youngest legal working age).

I am interested in this opportune.
