I just love this bit:
It found that the average global download speed globally was 4.75Mbps (megabits per second), while average upload speed was 1.3Mbps.

And also:
Researchers estimated that countries would need an average download speed of 11.25Mbps and an upload speed of 5Mbps in order to be comfortably placed for future applications.

Wouldn't mind having one of those Korean 1gbps lines though!

Ye its actually shocking we havent broken 10meg's yet at household level, Those Japs are getting GIG lines at home like WTF sharing is caring!!!!

Think of it as -

Telkom EXCEEDS the broadband needs of YESTERDAY

then it doesnt sound so bad.
