International down/slow

my speednet tests both to cape town and paris are consistent with those when my line is working fine.
 
no my saix prepaid is 100% on par with my line - IS however well its draggin
 
I'm also using SAIX Prepaid from WebAfrica. Been connected since this morning, but only realised international was slow when I got home and did some googling and GMailing, about an hour ago (11:30pm +/-).

Disconnected and reconnected now and now the speeds r fine...
