International down ?

Looks like the age old saying: "If it is too good to be true, it is not true" and R169 per month for line rental and 1gig seems too good to be true...
 
And cybersmart keep telling me its a national problem yet my telkom account can still connect to international fine this is realy starting to piss me off

Again off and on.

Constant time-outs. Resetting the router does nothing. Been this way since before Xmas.

DLoads start off well then fizzle to nothing! Time-out. Try again.

Reminding me more and more of IBurst... Cybersmart say nothing wrong.

JUST FRIGGIN WORK DAMMIT!
 
Got the same hiccup with WA and Axxess earlier. Left it for a while and seems to be ok now. Don't know why the hell we have to pay for 2nd rate service in this day and age...

Yeah but Telkom would give their own clients preferential treatment? Surely? At Cybersmart's expense in terms of reputation... I will never understand the local telecoms set-up. You got Telkom in competition with other ISP's like Cybermsart etc yet Telkom supply them with bandwidth and other vital infrastructure. So if Telkom wants to sabotage the competition what's stopping them?
