Yeah, International is down on OpenWeb Uncapped (the R539 for the 4Mbps) in Stellenbosch.

Damnit, now I can't steam pornos anymore...

MWEB down but iBurst is 1Mb/sec fast. iBurst is uncapped after 12 too for 3 months.

It dropped from 50Mb/s to 200kb/s.
