Cant use international dropping packets bad. Not just me 2 other mates on iburst as well

Yep, same here.

Local is fine.

Same here. Was in the middle of a skype call until the quality got really bad and then just disconnect completely.

Telkom issue then?

Whatever is working on my side, isn't working particularly well. Took about 12 tries to connect to Steam.
Youtube video player finally loaded but not streaming, twitch.tv the same.
