Hi everyone,
I need some advice regarding internet quality.
I lived on a farm for about a year as I really enjoy the country-side. However, my business is 100% dependent on internet quality. I struggled for 6 months using Herotel and the quality was so horrendous I was forced to move to Klersksdorp.
Now that I'm here, my problem is not resolved. I have the following interent subscriptions:
- 30mb Vodacom wireless fibre
- Afrihost fixed LTE
- Rain fixed LTE
Yes, I have 3 broadband subscriptions.
My problem is the quality of ALL THREE are horrendous at times. It's normally at the same time. I cannot make conference calls through Teams/Zoom which is a death blow to my business.
It's not my laptop as I'm testing the network with separate devices and separate routers.
This normally happens with lots of timeouts as well:

The come and go of this problem is random.
Are there in general problems around South Africa or what the hell is going on ? I'm frustrated to death this side.
Any advice will be appreciated.
