Hi all, i am new here, mainly because of the fact that The exchange went down for our area on Friday evening and BOOM took out our DSL experience and has been that way since Friday with no improvement. Data transfer is disgusting.
I have phoned MWEB and Telkom several times each time holding for almost an hour only to be dismissed with some lame BS rationalization of their bad service. One day is forgivable, 2 days is pushing it, but now it is 5 days and no improvement - 5 days downtime!!!!!!!!!!!!! GRRRRRRRRRRRRRR
WTF! How the bleeding hell can they be allowed to be a monopoly????? I am so disgutsed and irate and let me tell you the finger pointing that goes on, the ISP blames TELKOM and vice versa.
Now it has been officially stated that the problem is with the Exchange (TELKOM) so it is no use going to get another cap of data someplace else becos you are still using the same faulty exchange.
I had big plans for my World of warcraft character this weekend past but to no avail - how long does it take for them to fix a problem - they suck!
If they cant fix it they should work on an alternative for users, this is **** service again!
Who else is equally peeeved!
