Then ATM, The best thing would be to get 16 (+4 admin) TC's and connect them to a server.
Getting 1 x TSCAL per TC could run the costs a bit high, but I suppose there isn't a way around that.
I would prefer to get TC's not pre-installed with MS but as Asha'Man X said, the software could be either: unavailable (which I doubt though) or too complicated for those not used to linux.
Would he really need an MS SBS CAL?
With all this in mind, what type of specs do you think the server pc should have? I'm thinking something with 4gb of DDR2, 500Gb storage and an Intel core 2 duo/quad?
Oh yeah, about the line. If I get two 4mb lines, I'll need two routers also, how would I connect them both to the server and then split each line across the 8 computers in series? (As in the picture in the OP). Would it need 2 ethernet cards?
