**Internet Calendar Subscriptions.pst**

While performing some troubleshooting today, I found a calendar (Internet Calendar Subscriptions.pst) which is synced from Google Calendar to Outlook (2010) 9.8Gb in size. This is insane!?! A Google search reveals that I'm not the only one with this problem.

The file is located in:

c:\Documents and Settings\%User%\Local Settings\Application Data\Microsoft\Outlook

Has anyone experienced this problem and have a solution?!?

I'm going to export the calendar to a CSV file. Delete the Internet Calendar Subscriptions.pst file and import the CSV back to see what the result is.

While I was busy I was hoping someone else had some usable information regarding this issue.

Just an update:

So, I exported the calendar to a CSV file, closed Outlook & Google Calendar Sync and deleted the 9.8Gb Internet Calendar Subscriptions.pst file. Imported the CSV back into Outlook & resynced with Google Calendar Sync.

The file is now 12Mb & the increase in Outlook's performance is dramatic.

Crazy stuff this, still not sure why this happens, but it apears that this will have to be a weekly/monthly maintenance task.

I have seen Internet Calendar Subscriptions.pst over 10Gb - not surprised, Outlook IS from MS after all...
