Internet cuts every night

Recently I've had some issues with my internet and landline not working. A technician came out to fix everything (a port divert was necessary) and all was fine for a day.

Then last night at around 8:15 my internet cut out. I woke up this morning to find my internet working once again. Then again tonight at 8:15 my internet cut out again.

Any ideas as to why this is happening? It's very frustrating as I mainly use my internet at night and now it is not an option.

Is that the same as the noise margin?

I couldn't find SNR but here is what I did find:

(These values are when during the day when my internet is working)

Down/Up
Noise Margin: 8.3/7.8
Attenuation: 27.5/18.5
Output Power: 19.5/12.5

Apparently a telkom technician has to come out to figure out what the problem is. I hope he/she can find and fix it.
