*Sigh*

I've got 3 phones and 3 computers on a line. All the phones have port filters and I don't really use the other computers. This morning, the DSL light on my Mega 105WR wouldn't come on. Internet only syncs when making phone calls now. I tried disconnecting all my phones but problem still persists.

Anything I can do?

I recall some other users have the exactly same problem if you search this forum.

Can't seem to find any, only people who can't connect while their phones are plugged in/while they are making a call.

You've got a fault on the physical Telkom line.

Using the phone causes a surge of power in the line which vastly changes the signal to noise ratio in your favour, and your ADSL can connect. After a while, it will drop the connection and you need to use the phone again to get the ADSL on.

I've had this myself and can't explain it perfectly, but it is repeatable and the Telkom tech explained it to me in a way that makes sense (probably more sense than my explaination above did)

According to Hagu13 post, it seems like a fault on your line.
I am rather curious to know what is your line voltage ? (if you have a multimeter to measure DC voltage,
inner 2 connections on the RJ11 telephone connector), disconnected the phone to measure
Mine is 64V dc on the phone side with the ADSL router online & sync.

Try and measure while you make a call to see what the voltage increases or decreases too.
The DC voltage varies with an incoming call
