When can we expect other constructive comments/suggestion etc from the forum to find its way to ground level??
(1) Data roll-over
(2) Better QOs (eg lower latency)
(3) Larger caps

)Just about every comment made here finds its way into the organisation. We've had quite a few products / ideas implemented, first requested here. So, on average, the process is working well.
Data Roll-over and bigger caps are basically product definition issues and as such I discuss them all with the product guys. Both are obviously possible but current SA 'financial constraints' will probably result in a collective heart failure if we had to publish them as products. But it would still be good (IMO) to put those products on the table.
Better, more stable QoS and real-time billing are really more technical issues although QoS is also a function of capacity which comes back to the financial models. But mostly the engineering guys look at these and again I stay on their case!
