Internet without BIS

Long story short.
I had my android phone stolen. I am on contract. I have done a SIMswap and have a replacement SIM. I have my own data included in my contract (1GB month).

I now temporally have a blackberry curve. How do I get Internet / Whatspp on this without having BIS account? I dont want BIS because I already pay for the data I need. Is this possible? I am with CellC.

It is possible, I can't remember how I did it, but I did it about a year ago, pretty sure you just have to setup the APN..

My BIS goes off and on constantly. I'm on Vodacom and use a BlackBerry Torch 9800, and was wondering how I can set up internet through an APN??
