Inverter not charging battery fully

So I have a Luxpower sna5000 inverter with an SVOLT 48v battery.
I bought the kit from solarwarehouse in December fully assembled and setup. The battery % currently is sitting at 73%, it won't charge to a 100%.
If I drain the battery to 50% it will only charge it back to 73%, but it seems like the % is dropping every few days lower and lower.
I have not changed any of the settings at all on the inverter. The inverter is also not showing any errors.

Only things connected to the inverter is 2 gaming pcs with a screen and a LED lamp.

Does anyone know why this is happening or perhaps know if I should just reset something?
 
Broken in 1 month, send it back for a full refund, CPA has your back. Do not accept any bullshit from solarwarehouse.
