Weird bug on 17.02:

If I swipe down to get to the control centre and swipe the volume all the way down (the mute icon appears), it automatically goes back up to different levels sometimes on its own.

Odd I had a similar thing in the early Betas but it later went away.

Wonder how it would have come back post public release.

Dark Mode is a farce.

I can still deal with people who use it in the dark to a degree, but anyone using it in daylight is being very silly.

That's exactly how I use mine. Auto... Night mode at night, light mode during the day.

I don't know if this is new of just added in iOS 17, but I just added a card to Apple Pay and the OTP went straight into the verification box. It used to sit above the keyboard and you had to tap it before it went into the box. Pretty snazzy.

Yup, new in iOS17. Depending on your settings it will automatically delete the mail \ sms as well.

I have an issue with iOS 17 updates.
On my iPhone 13, every 17 update (17.0, 17.0.2, 17.0.3) let to my phone requiring a restore. The update runs, finishes and then the phone wants me to connect to iTunes to restore. Every update. After this is done, it works beuatifully, but i jave never encountered this on any other update, major or mior.
We also have an iPhone 11 and it updates smoothly with all the above updates, no issues whatsover.

Has anyone else encountered this and found a solve?

I have used both OTA and the iOS Update feature in Finder , no issues to report.

I tried but they sent me to the store. Heading there tomorrow, but not very confident the local store "genius" would figure it out.
