It only started with the 17.4 update. Could very well be YouTube, but it's annoying nonetheless.

Welp, trying to update to the newer build through Finder just bricked my phone (getting an error 21 whenever I attempt a restore/update). Gotta try and swing by an Apple store before work tomorrow
