Hey guys,

You're probably aware that you need to register your UDID on a developer account to activate your device after upgrading to the iOS 5 beta.
If you want, I'll add your UDID to my account for $5 :)

Please feel free to send me a PM and I'll send you a request from PayPal ;)

Previously, Apple has only configured the IPSW files of iOS betas to only work with Mac OS X. Windows now supported?

Serious? Never heard of that. Nonetheless, I restored my iPad from my Mac and my iPhone from my PC - both worked :)

@rapidblue thanks for the quick transaction. Will probably install tomorrow :)

Any payment options other than PayPal?

Sorry man, think it's just the easiest way...
If the reason you're asking is 'coz you don't want to sign up with PayPal - I think that if I send you a payment request you can pay without creating an actual account (once off payment)...

Thanx rapidblue! Got better educated on the use of PayPal in the process ... :)

5 buck for a account?

Ok ..I am in ... will this be for all beta releases?

whats my next step rapid?

I'll keep your UDIDs active on the account until the official version of iOS 5 is released, thus you'll be able to activate the new iOS betas as they're made available :)
I responded to your PM... :)

rapidblue you do realize that, as a developer you can register only 100 devices? Even if you remove the UDID again from your developer profile you do not gain that slot back. Selling your slots? Wow, you must be desperate.

My iPad 1 is now on iOS 5. Thanks Rapidblue and others for the assistance.

Yip, am aware of that. Only purchased the developer license so I could register my UDID. Selling some slots to make up the $99 :)

Rapid Blue, anything for Lion Beta? Btw does Beta 5 of iOS actually work (you know make and receive calls etc?)

Have been tempted but figured that it's so close to release that I'll rather wait for the final release next month :) Just couldn't wait till Sep/Oct (assuming) for iOS 5 ;)

All my purchased apps sits in the cloud and can be accessed through App Store on the iPad. Cool!
