So what are the differences between iOS 6 on iPad 2 and iPad 3?

I see iPad 2 doesn't have hotspot and Siri - anything else?

the appstore app is much nicer.
I really like it that you dont need to signin all the time, and when you update, it doesnt kick you out, and rather downloads/updates in the app.

map entry for my house finally works to the correct address, google maps used to put me next door.

another small tweek that I much prefer, is the flag button for mark as unread in email messages, better than the old "mark" link, which would require you to scroll back to the top of the email.

Had to go to settings-privacy-photos- then switch on photo access for FB and opera mini.

Fek, I'm pissed off as hell. I so wish I never updated, I hate change but I listened to the husband.
Keep loosing my wifi connection, it drops and then picks up again anything from a few seconds to 15 minutes.
YouTube won't play in safari because I need flash player?? Wtf? I don't know if there is something magical I'm supposed to be doing? Any tips?

For YouTube go here http://www.youtube.com/html5 and opt in for HTML5 trial, should be able to play most videos then.

Ye, you won't be able to play those sponsored videos because it requires ad support. Maybe try and use the iPhone YouTube app until they release a iPad one.

Thanks so much anyway, Lolz,it's not like I spend a lot of time on YouTube but it freaks me out when I want to watch something and can't. Hopefully I'm not in for too many more surprises with the changes.

You wouldn't have been able to watch that particular video on iOS5 either, I know because I just tried.

Flash player on iOS is not supported.

Yes but you used to be able to..I watched it lots of times before the update. It must be a Youtube thing because I know iOS doesnt support flash but Ive never had a problem watching youtube vids. The small little app I have now is just plain crap! Its for an iphone. I also downloaded Jasmine, and the developer said his app is also having a problem with playing vids because of licenced partners for telly or something along those lines.

Some videos have never been supported unfortunately - it's up to the submitter who/what they want to allow access to and via what platform.
