Not sure if this in the correct section, but here goes.
We bought a Canon MG4240 AirPrint enabled printer and all the PCs in the house can pick it up and print from it, but not the iOS devices. They simply don't see it on the network.
I've checked and the iOS devices are all up to date, the printer firmware is up to date and the wireless connection settings are set up correctly. It says the connection is Active in its WLAN settings list.
Right now I'm stumped because I do not understand how the laptops are all picking up the printer, but the iPads can not. Anyone have any ideas or perhaps know what's wrong?
