Updating from 7.04 to 7.05 crippled wireless sync between iPhone 5 and Macbook Pro running ML. Before yet another update breaks what is working, I would love to know whether the known wireless sync issues have been corrected on the new release.

Anyone who has actual knowledge could please share your experience. (As the problem is well documented, viewers are requested to Google the issue and only post what is relevant in terms of finding a solution, so as to prevent the thread frpm being hijack and becoming irrelevant. )

Oops.....wifi not wigi.....typing on a touch phone.....

It hasn't been fixed. wifi sync has been broken for about a year now. I have also cancelled my icloud and iTunes Match because it totally screwed up my music libraries between my iphone and Ipad.

Just plug them into the mac at lease once a week.

Keeping an eye on developments. Was hoping it would be addressed on 7.1 but it isn't.

They would have point about the continued posting if they simply made a statement that it is borked and they are looking into it, or they aren't looking into it, because its not important to them :D

My wifi sync works flawlessly.

I heard today that iOS8 isn't far away, about two months, but then who really knows?

WWDC is June 2 to 6; iOS 8 is likely to be announced. Initial availability (beta versions) is typically limited to developers + early betas are usually heavily bug ridden hence it's never advisable to install any betas on any devices you cannot afford to have downtime / issues.
