IP address changes and cant vnc into Home pc?

Hi

My ip address keeps changing every week from saol, I use vnc to access my home pc, what do I need to do to keep from changing (entering new) ultravnc settings all the time?
Do i change settings on the router somewhere or dyndns type thing on the net?

I think its best if you setup dyndns on the router, your router should have the functionality. Have a look here www.dyndns.org
