I'm just waiting for an MTN user to confirm then I'll put together a new thread with some screenshots for those that work betters with pictures.
Well I'm going on the report that iOS 6 is 10.1, but the bundle I pulled from my iPhone on iOS 5 was 12.0 so I made it 12.0.1. I suspect the iOS 6 version is actually 13.0 for MTN also, but if not this will work on both 5 and 6. The main thing is that version number is greater than what you have on your iPad otherwise it won't install.

Can you confirm what your Carrier bundle version was before and after as well as your iOS version?
