Ipad from Fnb?

I have placed a order for a IPAD 3 32GB 4g with Fnb on friday. I had no response from them. I phoned today and they cant see anything on the system. When i click on the option on my online banking its says i have already taken up the option. Am i to hasty? How long does it take and what is the procedure? Peoply at FNB says EEE I DOOONT NO.

I placed my order on a Monday, courier phoned me on Thursday, delivery was made on the following Monday (I'm in the middle of nowhere).

If you are in Jozi you can go instore and get it same time at the dotFNB store on William Nicol...... I did that took me about 30 minutes and I walked out with my machine

I'm in Kzn, after messing up my order and initially sending me the wrong model, (iPad 2 16gb wifi) which took 14 working days, it was a further 18 working days before I recieved my new iPad 32gb 4g, IMO denser populated areas take longer, my relative in grey town got hers in 2 weeks
