iPad repair PE?

Neighbours iPad (first gen) won't charge nor does it show under iTunes. Does anyone know of someone in the PE area that repairs iPads?

I've got it at the moment and have tried, itunes just wont pick it up.

When I plug it into the power adaptor I see a "not charging" message.

Check for crap stuck in the dock connector.

bwana, i had that issue on a dell, worked fine on a macbook, but i am assuming you tried it on the mac. Since they sold the things here eventually, should try taking it to an iStore, not sure if htere is one in PE. Would try call incredible as well, see if they can help.

Tried it on a Mac and PC.

Regrettably there is no iStore in PE and afaik they purchased it overseas which complicates matters further I'm sure.
