Hi Everyone

Due to the force of gravity, it seems that a certain apple device (Sometimes known as an iPad) has impacted with the floor, causing a catastrophic occurrence.

Well, actually, the front panel broke and now a member of my family is stuck with a broken iPad corner. Can anyone recommend a good option (other than self-repair that is) to replace/fix the front panel.

The LCD is fine, its just the digitizer that needs replacing. Do the Apple Stores in CPT offer services like these, and if so, do you have an idea of the cost involved?

If not, any recommended places that do repair/replace these types of breakages in Cape Town?

Thanks!

Thanks guys! Still waiting for an apple store to actually answer me

Check out http://www.appledoctor.co.za/ They are Cape Town based.

Edit: Oh dear looks like someone has injected some malicious java app into their site. I've notified the owner...

Edit2: Site now cleaned up :)

The screens are about R1100, labour about R450, that's what I charge. Changing the screen is a mission, u have to use a heater to melt the glue.
