Just noticed, very slight uptick in the pricing versus 11 series hey (I’m looking at Pro Max).

Thanks for making my decision easier MTN. I will keep my old phone for another year and cancel my contract. R1000 for mid-range iPhone for 36m? TSEK.

MTN shafting us with such huge markups on those ridiculous 36 month contracts.
Blixem! 12 Pro Max 256Gb over 36 months works out to almost R47 484! R1319p/m

No thank you, iStore at R28k looks much better now!

Those prices hurt my soul. . . A lot more than what I expected and they on 36 month contracts. BUT at the same time, they all coming with the 4Gb data bundle, so that pushes the price up. But the handset costs is still pretty ouch, even for a 3 year

damn, these prices are heavy. MTN don't play. it was really wishful thinking that the 12mini 64gb will be at like 550 for 36 months.

I wonder if there will be FNB deals on the iPhone. I recently upgraded my MTN contract on one of those Black Friday retention code deals, and I'm hoping I can get the iPhone 12 Pro on a FNB credit card contract.

If these are going to be the contract pricing, then I am opting for a cash buy at myistore. networks subsidy seems to be something of the past, there are out to make money out of the hardware it seems.

Yip, just checked these preorder deals include beat wireless headphones which I don't want/need.

Still a bad deal  Those headphones are about 5k from what i can see.. so you can get a 12 Pro Max 256gb plus the headphones for 33K. Yet that combo on MTN would work out to almost 48k over 36 months

It seems as though some of the prices have changed on the website. The iPhone 12 mini 64gb is now R649 x 36 months. Kinda hoping that the other prices change as well...
Yes, it seems they have updated pricing. Keen to see some contracts without the headphones and over 24 months.

In this instance, cash is King. It might actually work out cheaper getting a personal loan for 28K than selling your soul to MTN!
