First screen protector I bought for my mini was one with the black edge around it, but the silicon case pushed against it and it was lifting off the screen. So I bought one without the black edge which was a little smaller and didn’t go all the way to the edge of the phone and it fits great now. Got it from the Vodacom shop called Panzer Glass for R299.

I bought the QDOS privacy protector and a mous case. I normally trust the UAG, but the current UAG cases I could find in SA are kinda ugly. After watching review after review, I settled on the mous case.

I find it ridiculous that guys that walked into the store managed to buy their phones and get it before those of us that pre-ordered.
 
I remember going from a Samsung Galaxy S2 to a Note and the increase in size was incredible I still can vision the screen and thinking "wow" at it's huge size.

Compared to today with my downsizing from the 11 to the mini and thinking how small and dinky the mini screen is.

Note screen = 5.3"
Mini screen = 5.4"

Mind blown :D
 
Anyone on MTN able to access their 5G network?
Im on prepaid and in coverage but no 5G connectivity.

For my Max, I got the BodyGlove clear screen protector and Moshi Altra case, it fits perfectly, almost no gap between the case edges and the screen protector. I'm very happy with it.

Coming from iPhone 7, 12 Pro Max needs some (a lot of ?) adjusting to how I used to handle phone. One hand typing is no longer possible and having this heavyweight champ in my pocket feels completely different. However, from the three days of usage, the user experience is 120%, maybe also because iPhone 7 was so slow :ROFL: I'm loving it!
 
Ok, so I have a question regarding the pre-order vouchers. I pre-order on 11 December 3PM, but did not receive my R1000 voucher.
Anyone else ordered after this date and time and received their voucher?

Hi guys. What number did you phone to track your delivery from RTT? Can’t seem to get through the Durban branch

Hey, I phoned the branch manager. You can get it from RTT’s website.

He eventually emailed the courier team and CC’d a whole bunch of peeps including me.

They delivering my phone today apparently.

Managed to get hold of the driver as well and he said he is still in Stanger.

Phone every number you can find. Phone all the managers as well. I eventually had to do that. They kept transferring me to someone else, but I kept on phoning
