With Core, the words "customer" and "care" never go together. They behave as if you should bow down to them.

Unfortunately, I think this is a trickle down scenario from top management. Lots of their staff get flack at the sales and support level that they don’t deserve lol

I think this is accurate. They seem to be understaffed at the iStores way to often than not. Just flustered and unable to cope with the pressure. Then their slow checkout process is like checking into an international flight.

If apple knew, they would be replaced in days.

Was at Gateway mall iStore and they were already selling iPhone 12s today. Saw a couple of them being set up in store.

That sounds about right if I compare it to mine. Also had the overnight trip last night and then what would have been into a van this morning if it wasn’t blocked.

If you’re in east Pretoria (right?) and it’s in the ORIJHB container then logically tomorrow it should unload and be loaded into the van for delivery. I don’t see why they’d need an extra day to get to you Monday.

I really hope so! And yeah it shouldn’t have to go anywhere tonight except into the Van for delivery tomorrow. For some reason my SMS says by 6pm 21/12/20 but It might just be tomorrow.
