Ja I just switched back from the S22 Ultra this week to the 13 Pro Max.Pretty interesting comparison video by Marques and Arun, I definitely agree with Marques on how iOS gets these little subtle things so damn right and Apple’s focus on aesthetic which equates to a great UX, I’ve been tempted to get a S22 Ultra purely due to the tech nerd in me seeing it’s spec sheet but I cannot convince myself to leave iOS, it’s just been so good, and having used androids for a long time I know that I’ll be missing iOS by day 2
Congratulations and welcome back!Ja I just switched back from the S22 Ultra this week to the 13 Pro Max.
While the S22 was a great phone with lots of features. The iPhone gets the small things right.
Im also quite invested in the ecosystem so the S22 didnt really fit in

I had to use one of my kid's PC laptops during lockdown, after I broke my MBP, and it was obvious something was missing. That seamless integration between devices.Im also quite invested in the ecosystem so the S22 didnt really fit in

I didn't expect AirTags to also be so handy.I love the fact that if I move too far away from my MacBook, I'll get a notification warning me that I may have left my MacBook behind with its last known location.
This saved my ass a few weeks back... I ran into Checkers Liquor after work just before they closed. I had my laptop in my backpack. The security told me to leave my backpack at the front of the store, as no bags were allowed in the sore. I left my bag there, went in and bought my booze, then left forgetting I had a backpack with me. As I'm driving out of the parking, my phone warned me that my laptop was no longer with me. I ran back into the store and grabbed it, just before they closed. Thank you Apple!!!

I always toss my keys in my camera bag at the beginning of an event so I can keep track of both. I get the same warning when I've strayed too far away from them for my own good.I need to get me some AirTags.

It would bother me so I would definitely take it back. Also it will effect your trade in value should you ever sell and the irony is that the iStore would mark it down if they were purchasing it.I was considering taking it back to the iStore to get a replacement but I know they probably wont exchange it anyway as it is cosmetic. It is still within 7 days of purchase though.
Would anyone else be bothered by this?
My phone is in a case 99% of the time anyway so I never really see it but I know it is there. Lol.
Ja thats true. At the iStore now lets see what happens. It would bother me so I would definitely take it back. Also it will effect your trade in value should you ever sell and the irony is that the iStore would mark it down if they were purchasing it.
Sorry about that. Any luck getting it replaced? Did you have to cause a scene?Ja thats true. At the iStore now let’s see what happens.

I always see threads about stuff like this at MacRumours, in the USA it seems pretty normal to return a product for basically any reason and they will exchange, but I’m curious if iStore would as lenient as US retailers.
Is there a way to restore my iPhone 13 to IOS 15.7 from 16.03?
Seems like IOS16 chews battery life!
