Anyone heard anything from Makro yet about their charger? It's been two weeks since the last correspondence where they told me it would be shipped to me once they received stock. Emailed them again now.
 
For me, 60Hz vs 120Hz is only one consideration when buying a phone. Phones do different things for different people. For me, I am looking for a larger screen in a (relatively) light body, above average battery life, and excellent build and screen quality. The iPhone 16 Plus ticks those boxes and it gets the exact same software support as the Pro models. So, in my case, the (still buttery smooth) 60Hz display is not much of a concern.

Pulled the trigger on a Desert Titanium 16 Pro today* - still busy doing all the setup of Authenticator's etc in between work so haven't had time to play with the phone's new features yet :p

By far the best way to transfer is to make an encrypted backup of the old phone, ensure that the new phone is on the latest version of IOS (assuming the old one was), and then restore the backup. Then it's just a matter of letting all the apps download and starting the tedium of re-authenticating stuff as required.

Apple Watch (6 Series) re-paired without any issues, just need to sort out a couple of niggles with Microsoft Authenticator for Office 365 logins.
