iPhone 3G GPS problems

Hi guys im having a problem with the GPS direction routing on my iPhone 3G it came with the OS 3.0 software so I didnt download it.Whenever I want it to show me directions or route the destinations it say "driving/transit/walking directions cannot be shown between these too locations"This occurs with whatever locations I put in.

What can I do to resolve this?

i havent used the maps on my iphone in a while, but if i remember correctly the google maps dont have driving directions etc for SA yet. There might be some other aps on the apstore that have a better maps thing that has directions for SA. Otherwise i guess we have to wait for them to catch up and put SA driving directions on....

As brokenlink says - google maps don't have direction routing - look through this thread and load sygic on yr iPhone.
