MTN LTE connection & call problems for last 3 weeks

I've been having endless problems where my LTE connection drops and switches down to 3G and often totally no signal at all, when this happens then people cannot get hold of me, calls go straight to voicemail, and if I get incoming calls then they cannot hear me on the other side of the line. I'm also not able to connect to any data related services.
Strangely this ONLY happens in a certain area, when I'm at work, Airport Industrial Area, close to Cape Town International Airport.

I have been through problem solving with my phone (iPhone 6), and had it at technical repair shop to check possible aerial or physical connection issues, they could not find any reason.
Also had a sim swop done, as my old sim was about just over 4 years old.
But still no improvement.

I have been struggling to get hold of anyone at MTN Customer Care, but to no avail. Their Customer Care numbers is all automated, and the one time I got an operator, she was not able to help me.

Can anyone please point me in the right direction, if they had similar problem, or give some advice?

quit mtn, its a never ending always recurring symptom on their network in many areas.
