iphone 4 MTN - Missing "Cellular Data Network" option

I'm trying to update my MMS settings - and all the instructions say to go to the 'cellular data network' option. I don't have such an option on my Iphone 4 from MTN ? Anyone have the same problem ?

I'm using a VC sim and have that option which you can't find.

My MTN phone also doesn't have it, but as far as I know the network settings are handled by the carrier settings file that installs (automatically?) via Itunes.
