iPhone 4S arrival in SA

I guess its a generally dry day on the tech front then... move along, move along, nothing to see here...

I got the iPad through FNB offer and now and then I wonder if I did the right thing. My SGS keeps me busier.
 
Whats the best contract pricing on the iPhone4 currently? Is it the R389 pm on anytime 200 with 150MB by MTN?

I wonder what contract pricing will be for the 4S?

edit: I was looking at an old PDF brochure for some reason. I see it's currently R429 for the same iPhone4 16gb deal until 16 November. R50 more than last year?? :wtf:

Does anyone have Vodacom pricing?

Well the "unlocked" price has finally been unveiled in the states now.

The unlocked, contract-free iPhone 4S will cost $649, $749, and $849 respectively for the 16GB, 32GB, and 64GB

16GB - $649 - R5100
32GB - $749 - R5875
64GB - $849 - R6660

Granted these prices exclude things like VAT and such, but still.... it gives one an idea of what the phones SHOULD cost....
 
Hong Kong price is still cheaper and it includes Tax/Vat.

HK$5088 = R5207 (16GB)
