Iphone 5 lightning dock to SD card

Good morning all, I am looking for an iphone lightning dock that can read the SD card. I will be going overseas in a few weeks and though this will be quite handy? The options on the internet only supports Ipads.. Please advise whether you know of a product that i can use, will i need a special app?

Oddly enough the Apple variety only seems to support the iPad models, not the iPhone. Can't figure that one out myself.

Your only option might be to get an eye-fi card and transmit the photos wirelessly from the camera.
