iPhone 5s camera problems

Ok I have my phone like about a month old from Cell C Gold Iphone 5s within the 10 day I noticed the phone been lag.? and camera freezes in video mode actually made a video as proof I am not sure of anybody else is having the same issue, even after it freezes and if u press the home button takes about 1min to show all icons etc please advise cause cell c takes forever to assist.......

Tell them to have it swapped out, if they want to send it away first take it to the iStore. Procedures procedures procedures...
