Check the prices at online stores before buying from iStore though.

Rather don't. Buying from the iStore at R50 - R75 more gives you a lifetime warranty. If your QDOS protector cracks or comes off, they'll put a new one on for free. Just keep a photo of your invoice.

Not iPhone 6s specific, but am I the only one that hadn't noticed there are now 3D flyover maps for Johannesburg?

http://mybroadband.co.za/vb/showthread.php/797262-Apple-Maps-3D-cities-(Johannesburg)

http://appadvice.com/appnn/2016/02/apple-expands-flyover-and-other-maps-features-to-new-locations

Perhaps the most interesting, if far from the most useful, feature of Apple Maps is Flyover. Apple’s sort of alternative to the more utilitarian Street View on Apple Maps’ chief competitor, Google Maps, Flyover provides photorealistic, interactive 3-D views that can be zoomed, panned, and rotated to allow users to explore select major metro areas.

And now, 20 new areas have been added to the list of locations where Flyover is officially available:

Adelaide, Australia
Amiens, France
Berne, Switzerland
Bremen, Germany
Columbus, Ohio
Dresden, Germany
Eindhoven, Netherlands
Johannesburg, South Africa
La Rochelle, France
Louisville, Kentucky
Middlesbrough, U.K.
Nantes, France
Salzburg, Austria
South Bend, Indiana
Springfield, Missouri
Taormina, Italy
Toulouse, France
Toyama, Japan
Tucson, Arizona
Virgin Islands

The warranty applies regardless of where the product is purchased.

Sadly, Takealot is the same price - BOOoooo!!!

And other online stores mostly list 5-7 days to arrive.

So in this instance (hopefully the ONLY instance!) sadly, the iStore probably has the better deal *spit*

Why get a screen protector when the iPhone 6s has the strongest glass in the industry? snake oil to me, a cover is good enough IMO.

It might be snake oil, but nothing annoys me more than scratches... so i would rather scratch a screen protector and replace that when it gets scratched than scratch the screen. but that said i would love to take the screen protector off if i knew that the screen wouldn't get scratched. Hows your experience been without one?

My 5s has been used without a protector for 2 years, have not noticed any scratches unless I pay very close attention, and minor scratches can be rubbed out with a gentle compound anyway.

All screens get light scratches very easily, no matter the level of Gorilla Glass, sapphire coatings, etc. Pocket + keys/sand/anything...

Just like an expensive pair of faded jeans, or an artisanal crafted piece of firewood, it adds character :D

I'm leaving my screen bare. So far one or two very minor scratches. Sand was the culprit. Car keys don't damage it at all.

Which is why I let my saddle brown leather 6s case to the wearing. :p

Will you inspect a black screen in sunlight next time? :D
