Spending over R500 on a case will be a tough one for me, but then again it's for a R15000 phone. Is the Apple Silicone case more of a harder stiffer material or is it just a pap jelly type case? Does it form a rise over the screen allowing you to place the phone screen down on a desk. Just more on how stiff and supportive it is, if the phone is not in it, is it for example possible to fold the case in half, or is the case too stiff for that?
Sorry for the questions but silicone makes me think of the POS jelly type thing offering no protection which I had on my iPhone 4s back in the day.
It is a rigid case. It wont bend. Its just coated in silicone to make it a bit more grippy. It has a nice felt inlay to protect against scratches etc. and it is raised a little bit so when you place he phone down, either screen first or back first, there is a lip to protect it.
