Seriously, Why compare 2 phones that uses completely different infrastructure with each other?

The Flagship Samsung will always beat the Iphone counterpart spec wise.

The Flagship Iphone will always beat the Samsung counterpart performance wise.

How about this? A benchmark comparison? Not perfect, but something.

What is wrong with comparing the two on a spec by spec basis? Many people care more about screen resolution and camera specs etc. vs I can open 20 apps a lil bit faster on this phone.

iPhone will always beat the Samsung counterpart because the resolution is 4 times less. Funny enough the iPhone is closer spec'd to the OnePlus 3, and cost double the price.

Screen resolution which is almost impossible to differentiate at those sizes. Or the camera which spec wise are identical, but real world the IPhone crushes it. Spec sheet wont tell you that now will it.
Rather do proper benchmarks, take real world photos and compare that rather than showing me specs that does not mean fckall.

you compare a Samsung s7 that came out in Feb 2016, to the latest iPhone 7 that is not yet available, and the spec wise, the Samsung wins every feature, i dont mind iphones, just don't want to pay 2 arms and a testicle for stuff that been around for months, when is iphone going to bring a phone that sets a standard, bring out something that makes us want it,
 
Iphone would definitely break the bank again. :whistle:

But competition is good as these devices will push the boundaries of what is possible in such a small form factor; the Apple iphone 7 definitely has some very good tech build into it, just a pity about the fact that to get all those features you probably need to buy the Iphone 7 Plus, which will never give you the same enjoyment and flexibility as a similarly priced laptop. This year again with my bonus I can afford to buy this Apple iphone 7, but why should I want to, when I've got my OnePlus 3 to handle my smartphone needs and therefor I can just buy an upgrade to my desktop PC or gaming laptop. :D

IIRC, The Samsung Note 7 is more expensive than iPhone 7+

Samsung has just become too expensive.

Xiaomi Mi5, OnePlus 3, ZTE Axon 7 all have same specs as Samsung S7/S7 Edge/Note 7 at half the price.

Samsung has lost the plot as far as price goes.
 
What about some of the other important specs....
fast charging?
Wireless charging?
Bluetooth version and support?
Info about the display other than just the size and resolution?

I don't know why I bother clicking on these links anymore.

There are comparison criteria missing:

(1) Battery type, etc.
(2) Prone to exploding index , a rating between 1 and 10.
