Go to CellC store. They issue it right there. R100-00 (or do the sim cut technique suggested for free and risk it not working, then go buy mini sim.)

On the one hand I can do it myself
On the other, it'll be good to have the store-bought microSIM card as you'll get the adapter in case you want to put it into a normal phone...

I've tried to cut one myself. It's quite easy. But I think I cut it too small![]()
At least it was not RICA'd...![]()
Scrap that. After two failed attempts... Either I cut it the wrong way round, or the template is not the correct size...
