I've also got the old tube one (hacked). It works.... ok.... ish. One thing that seriously pisses me off about it is that there is a constant fluttering noise - almost like wind buffering a microphone - in the background. You definitely notice it between tracks. I'm worried that the same thing will happen if I get a new transmitter.
